Great first day with Chris and Angela. We took a drive south and stopped at
The Horn just outside of Perth for a GIANT bacon roll. Delicious.
We
also saw Stirling Castle, which was AMAZING. I highly recommend you
visit. You can park in the city and walk up to the castle or you can
drive to the castle car park at the top, which costs £4. We parked at
the top. Unless you really like history, I wouldn't bother with the
audio guides. There are plenty of information posters and staff (dressed
up!) standing around to give you more information.
Doune Castle - Where they filmed Monty Python and the Holy Grail, parts of Game of Thrones, and are currently filming the Outlander series there.

We drove to Pitlochry later only to discover that Edradour was closed and Bells had it's last tour 30 minutes prior to our arrival. "Guess we'll go to a pub until dinner."
Good times. Silly times.
